Development Assessment Planner

1 x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Development Assessment Planner to undertake a variety of interesting and challenging projects in both urban and rural planning.

The primary function will involve the assessment of a range of Development Applications. You will be required to liaise closely with members of the public and developers, and ensure the provision of accurate and timely advice to all stakeholders both internal and external.

You will be committed to;

  • applying your development assessment skills within a land release local government area
  • improved communication with stakeholders
  • prioritising your workload to ensure the efficient processing of DA's
