Operating from within Customer Support, you will lead and manage the delivery of information technology, financial management services, accommodation services, corporate governance, fleet management, procurement and asset management. You will also strive to continually improve the level of service provided to our customers and key stakeholders.

Client base is over 300 staff in 11 Centres spread across North Region; you will be supporting a technical agency with a wide range of complex requirements.  There is a mixture of field staff and administration roles within our business.

• Lead and manage team members in the delivery of financial management services, accommodation services, corporate governance, fleet management, procurement, asset management and information technology.

• Develop and manage the asset replacement program, in both Capital and Operational.

• Contribute to the planning, coordination and completion of the department's statutory financial reporting obligations.

• Effectively manage a diverse range of staff in a complex work environment including recruitment and selection processes, managing employee performance, deliver training to employees, flexible working arrangements and workplace health and safety.

• Monitor the network infrastructure and liaise with ITP to provide assistance in fault resolution and corporate information technology planning.

• Undertake installation and troubleshooting of computing equipment and software in accordance with the departmental standards, policies and procedures

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement Customer Support projects that ensure quality service provided to customers.

• Other duties as directed and required
