Position Summary:

The Senior Program Officer, Resource Matrix will be part of a team dedicated to the implementation and subsequent ongoing management of a resource matrix model for the Property and Asset Services (PAS) Branch.  Reporting to the Manager, Workflow Implementation, you will be responsible for the development of matrix workflow processes and systems and related change management activities to successfully implement the new ways of working across the Branch. 

Working closely with project managers across the Branch, you will then support the planning, deployment and utilisation of resources into cross functional Branch wide project teams, enabling the successful delivery of projects and outstanding project outcomes. This will see you use systems, processes and tools that assist in resource planning and allocation, leave management and capability development, as well as monitoring and reporting risks and issues relating to project resourcing.
