The Division of Community Wellness and Partnerships has been created to strengthen BRHS's connection to community, prevention and community wellbeing.  The Director of Community Wellbeing and Partnerships will lead a group of clinical services focused on the provision of keeping people well, restoring health and enhancing wellbeing. These services are often at the interface of acute health care and independent community living and require a leader who can foster new models of care, identify population health service gaps and support organisational planning to address these gaps.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the future development of service delivery at BRHS.  You will also experience regional living on the Gippsland Lakes, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy a great work/life balance in a stunning part of Victoria.

The successful incumbent will have senior experience in health management or associated business management and a related tertiary qualification.  Key attributes we are looking for include knowledge of clinical governance systems and health service provision at a strategic level and the ability to lead, influence, implement change and build relationships with key stakeholders.

 

A total remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.
