The Role

As the Manager, People Services and Systems you will be responsible for providing the best possible employee experience for all employees so that they can apply as much of their talent and time to achieving the best outcomes for our customers and community.  This role is also responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) for People and Capability ensuring project governance, coordination of HR projects and financial management.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive team performance and engagement.
  • Similar experience leading a HR Services/Operations function with responsibility for HR system integration and implementation.
  • Experience in project and change management.
  • Experience in developing an integrated and effective whole of organization HRIS strategy, HR services and the delivery of an internal payroll service.
  • Experience working in and influencing cross-functional teams, and an ability to gain the support and confidence of others – including senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Proven record of achievement through setting direction, motivation, coaching staff and promoting teamwork to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including proven capacity for successful negotiation and influence in challenging and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Capacity to continuously improve processes and services to build customer and stakeholder relationships.

Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a qualification in Business, Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
