The WA Police is seeking to create a pool of suitably experienced and motivated individuals to provide short-term, casual relief in the South West District. Employment will be on a casual basis for ad-hoc short-term periods (likely to be from one week to 4 weeks) covering leave and other absences. 

This pool recruitment process will remain active for a period of twelve (12) months. 

Applicants will be selected from this pool to undertake the role of Customer Service Officer at either Australind, Collie, Bunbury, Busselton or Margaret River Police Station. 

No accommodation is available for these casual relief opportunities. 

ROLE OF THE POSITION 

This role contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the relevant Police Station by undertaking a broad range of customer service duties and providing administrative support.

  2. Organisational skills
  3. Personal computer skills
  4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  5. Customer Service Skills

OTHER CONDITIONS 

Integrity and criminal checks will be conducted if the recommended applicant for this position is not a current WA Police Force employee. Any relocation costs associated with appointment to this position may be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
