Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Moonee Valley City Council is currently seeking an experienced and passionate business improvement professional. Reporting to the Director City Services, this role will be responsible in identifying, driving and leading continuous improvement opportunities and projects across the City Services Directorate to improve outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration between the City Services business units
  • Facilitate business process mapping activities
  • Undertake investigative analysis projects to identify and implement strategies
  • Guide the development and assessment of performance benchmarks
  • Assist in the sourcing and implementation of new systems
  • Project management of business change projects across multiple areas of Council
  • Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of sound risk management

To be successful in this position you will have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or related discipline and demonstrated experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and / or continuous improvement methodologies.
