The opportunity

Reporting to the HR Team Leader, the HR Co-ordinator provides administrative support to the HR team on core processes with a focus on the maintenance of accurate employee data. The role ensures the smooth day-to-day administration of core functional processes within the HR team, across the full employee lifecycle. This incorporates recruitment, on-boarding, staff movements and off-boarding.

The HR Co-ordinator will be a key contact and support person within the HR team. The role will contribute to the updating, maintenance and continuous improvement of accurate HR data and the provision of timely reporting of movements within the organisation to key stakeholders.

 

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Extensive experience in the administration of all facets of the employee life cycle
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively organise and prioritise workloads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication (verbal and written)
  • A strong work ethic coupled with the ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Proficient in the use of MS Suite
  • A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders from across the organisation while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Whilst not essential, a qualification in HR will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to Success Factors HRIS would be looked upon favourably.
