EPA is looking for a highly motivated Intelligence Analyst, to support the development and embedding of its rapidly developing Intelligence function.

About the Role: The Intelligence Analyst will support the work of the Intelligence & Analysis Team in delivering a suite of intelligence products that provide timely, relevant and actionable understandings and insights, to support evidence based regulatory decision making at EPA. The Intelligence Analyst role is key in delivering current Intelligence capability (including systems, processes & tools), identifying gaps and enabling a forward plan to further develop and embed a successful Intelligence function across the organisation.

Core responsibility include:

  • Produce timely, relevant and actionable enforcement intelligence products for use by EPA, or in joint regulatory activities
  • Assist in the development of key products and processes to contribute to EPA's intelligence capability
  • Champion the implementation of best practice intelligence procedures across EPA

To be Successful in this Role:

  • Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement & management
  • Highly developed analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience or training in Intelligence analysis & practice
