As the first point of contact for the OPI, the Complaints Officer is responsible for registering and acknowledging new enquiries, complaints and reports. The Complaints Officer provides administrative support to the OPI, monitors matters which have been referred to other agencies and considers issues and materials raised by persons who recontact the OPI about the outcome of their complaint or report. The Complaints Officer ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of OPI processes and provides excellent customer service.
