This role will represent MCV at Whole of Victorian Government sector workforce planning initiatives and align these to MCVs organisational workforce development strategy.

The role will prepare a workforce strategy to address family violence capabilities across the workforce, and align these with the existing capability framework. The role will drive workforce development including culture, skills, capabilities and structures to better respond to Family Violence. The role will also work closely with the Judicial College of Victoria to prepare and deliver comprehensive family violence education to Victorian judicial officers and VCAT members and deliver training for the Specialist Family Violence Courts.
