About us

The Assets, Infrastructure and Major Projects (AIM) business unit resides within the Finance, Infrastructure and Governance Division and is a specialist centre for the development and maintenance of all assets within the Justice and Regulation portfolio. AIM is a results-driven organisation responsible for planning, maintaining and delivering infrastructure programs and projects on behalf of the department's business units and statutory entities within the Justice and Regulation portfolio.

AIM has significant capability and expertise in this area, and is currently responsible for the delivery of a range of strategic major programs and projects, including construction of both new Youth and Adult correctional facilities across the state. AIM also facilitates asset management, strategic accommodation planning, environmental management and fleet management for the department.

About the role

The role of Property and Fleet Management is to provide expertise in the areas of strategic accommodation planning and fleet and parking services

Team Leader, Fleet Management is responsible for the management of fleet and parking services and all related policies, procedures and systems. The role provides leadership to a small team who are responsible in the supply and delivery of vehicle fleet administration.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will be required to demonstrate:

  • knowledge and understanding of Government frameworks and policy
  • knowledge and experience in Fleet Management
  • experience establishing relationships with stakeholders, developing effective stakeholder-oriented responses, and assessing, developing and negotiating innovative solutions to complex issues.

A current motor vehicle driver's license is required.
