The Opportunity

Come be a part of our Operations Support team Our Operations Support team helps to achieve our vision by effectively providing administration and support services to our departments. The purpose of the Business Coordinator is to provide a unique support service (including diary management) within a department. The most important internal customer is a designated Unit Manager. This role will focus on building strong working relationships and key contacts to ensure the efficient and effective provision of support services and the day-to-day delivery of business and administration functions. More tasks include but not limited to:

 

  • Maintain calendars and schedules
  • Organising meetings and take minutes
  • Travel arrangements and other bookings
  • Handle information requests for business processes
  • Setting up for workshops
  • Database and filing systems maintenance
  • Adhoc administration duties 

 

About You

A self - motivated individual with a high degree of initiative and the ability to balance competing demands! You will need to have an excellent contact with our internal and external customers. The ability to work in collaborative relationships, while providing effective support across the division.  Previous experience in a coordination or team admin position preferred.  IT savvy professional who can manage/learn at a fast pace! Naturally you would be drive and passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service.
