An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager, Workforce Development on an ongoing basis in the Workforce Development Team in Corrections Victoria.

The Manager CCS Workforce Development has responsibility for leading delivery of a suite of programs focusing on workforce supply and development in the Community Correctional Services (CCS) setting.

Initially the role will oversee a program of ongoing work arising from the Higher Education Development Project and the Strengthening Practice Project, both aimed at the continued professionalisation of the CCS workforce. The role will also continue to monitor implementation of workforce reforms aligned to the Post Sentence Scheme.

The role overseas and manages key elements of work program and provides leadership to team members to ensure delivery of program and project outcomes aligned to organisational strategic directions and expectations.

Core to being successful in this role will be your highly developed stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities and your capability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.
