Procurement Officer

An exciting position has become available at the Paget Depot for a Procurement Officer to join the Procurement & Plant Program. 

In the role of Procurement Support Officer, you will assist in the provision of cost effective procurement services to Council staff. You will be responsible for processing of purchase requisitions, outstanding orders, invoices and providing advice and assistance to customers on the most cost-effective procurement pathways. 

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated previous experience in a purchasing environment including receipting of goods process, high level use of Enterprise Systems (e.g. SAP, Finance One) and good time management and organisational skills. A Certificate IV in Purchasing will be highly regarded.

  • Annual salary range from $57,809 - $64,274
