Help us deliver exceptional digital experiences designed for Victorians.

We are looking for a mid-weight UX Research and Design Practitioner to help create streamlined, intuitive and flexible digital experiences for Victorians. Our Single Digital Presence project is transforming the Department of Premier and Cabinet's (DPC) suite of digital services by migrating to a unified Drupal 8 platform. The aim is to improve our web presence and provide easier access to government information on a reimagined Victorian Government website. 

Working within our innovative Digital Engagement team you will lead UX research, reporting and testing. Using your experience in conducting interviews, surveys and user testing you will develop design solutions that are created for citizens. Collaborating with stakeholders and the project team you will help us change how we design, build and deliver DPC's digital services.

This challenging project will demand your exceptional communication skills; requiring you to effectively convey UX research findings to stakeholders and ensure they are actionable, understandable and persuasive. The ability to creatively solve problems and adapt easily to changing circumstances and a passion for human centred design is a must.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team leading the DPC digital strategy and working to shape government web services for the benefit of all Victorians.
