Position Summary:

The Office 365 project is a Department-wide initiation aimed to simplify and enhance the way we connect and collaborate both internally and externally.

The Support Manager will oversee and manage the "Centre of Excellence" team of the Office 365 program. The team is responsible for resolving both functional and technical problems, incident management, general customer support. The Support Manager will lead a team of Functional and Technical Analysts and System Engineers to deliver a successful Support team.

  • Experienced in reporting to executive project boards and sponsors
