Position Summary:

The Senior Communications Officer is responsible for the planning and delivery of all communications activities for the Connected Working with Office 365 Project. This includes communications relating to technology implementation; training and education; change coalition building and support; adoption measurement; reward and recognition; and new way of working scenario campaign delivery.

The position holder will take direction from the Connected Working with Office 365 Change Lead and work closely with the change team and broader project team to deliver a successful change program. The role will also be required to work closely with other communication resources and teams within the Department to ensure message and event alignment and to streamline communication activity where possible.

Are you

 

  • Experienced in development of project communications
  • Able to manage a variety of communication initiatives whilst ensuring deadlines, budgets, reporting and corporate priorities are achieved
  • Strong in written and verbal communication, with superior attention to detail
