About the Opportunity

The position involves the assessment and determination of tree applications and providing technical tree and landscape advice relating to development applications. The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent along with qualifications in Arboriculture and a comprehensive experience in the Tree Management field.

Salary: Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award. This position is placed in Grade 15 of Cumberland / Holroyd salary structure with a salary range of $1,458.63 to $1,677.40 per week plus superannuation. Commencement salary will depend upon qualifications, experience and competencies. If offered and accepted, the applicant will be transferred to the new position and the salary, terms & conditions will be negotiable.


Conditions of Employment: This role is a permanent full time position with motor vehicle arrangements included. This position will work a 70 hour, 9 day fortnight, being located at the Auburn site with the potential need to travel between Auburn and Merrylands.
