About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a client centric Conveyancer to join our Client Legal Services team and provide conveyancing services to State Trustees clients.

Within this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and registering relevant conveyancing documents
  • Drafting Contracts of Sale of real estate
  • Attending to all matters required to complete conveyancing transactions
  • Assisting the litigation team with conveyancing issues
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholder to finalise conveyancing services
  • Database and account management

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience in providing conveyancing services with the knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including Conveyancer's Act, Duties Act, Owners Corporation Act, Real Estate Agent Act, Sale of Land Act, Subdivision Act, Transfer of Land Act, Administration and Probate Act.

In addition you will have well developed professional communications skills combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
