Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Performance and Evaluation Division’s data collections, including surveys. These provide high quality data to inform performance insights generated for corporate audiences including decision makers and Victorian Government schools. You will provide expert advice and continuous improvement, automation of the data collection mechanisms (such as surveys) to inform reporting outcomes to answer policy based questions and evidence based decision making. This will include initiating and overseeing business improvements projects focusing on services operations including improved automation. You will also be responsible for the oversight of successful procurement and contract management outcomes for survey collections and verification processes.

The purpose of this role is to lead a team focused on the collection and processing of high quality early childhood, school educationand post school related data to inform decision making. The role requires you to provide expertadvice and continuous improvement, automation of the data collection mechanisms(such as surveys) to inform reporting outcomes to answer policy based questionsand evidence based decision making. The role calls for agile, proactive, outcome based procurement and contract managementpractices with a view to driving efficiency.
