Employee Relations Officer



18 Months Approximate Period


This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in 
a busy environment and takes pride in producing high quality work.


Reporting directly to the Manager Human Resources, the Employee Relations Officer 
will provide high level industrial relations advice and ensure that disciplinary and workplace investigations are conducted fairly and in accordance with Council policy.


The successful applicant will have a background working within a Human Resources, 
Industrial Relations or Workplace Investigations environment, with a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation.


Naturally, your integrity, honesty, confidentiality and professionalism will be above 
reproach.

approximately 18 months from June 2018 to 30 November 2019, we are looking forward to hearing from you !


Remuneration for this role is negotiable based on qualifications and experience, in the 
range of approximately $ 79,645 to $ 84,784 per annum plus superannuation.


Applicants who are interviewed and who are selected to proceed to the next stage of the 
selection process will be required to undertake a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test as well as a Criminal History Check.
