Permanent Full-time 35 hours, 5 days per week


Salary: $97,584 - $106,927pa plus 9.5% super

Location: 33 Moore Street, Liverpool, Administration Building, Liverpool NSW 2170

As the Coordinator Talent Development you can make a real contribution to our organisation’s capacity to deliver to the community by making a positive difference to our people and culture. You will achieve this by leading and delivering a mix of strategic people and operational programs and initiatives focussing on people capability, organisational development and cultural change.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate your skills and experience in talent development relevant to this role, in particular how you meet the following five key criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications relating to Human Resource Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Excellent skill and experience in successfully managing the delivery of a range of people and talent development services that contribute to organisational and cultural change
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary talent and organisational development trends, practices and issues
  • High level project management skills and flexible approach to problem solving
  • Sound influencing, coaching and motivational skills


Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills and experience of the successful applicant.
