Human Resources People & Business Partner 

Temporary Full Time, 35 hours, 5 days per week - 1 year contract initially with the potential for permanency

Salary: To be negotiated with the successful candidate

Location: Rose Street Depot, Liverpool NSW 2170 and 33 Moore Street, Liverpool, Administration Building, Liverpool NSW 2170

As a People Business Partner, you can make a real difference to the capacity of our People Leaders to deliver HR solutions and lead our people on the ground. You will operate as a trusted advisor by partnering directly with our People Leaders, providing proactive guidance and advice on a broad range of human resource activities that delivers results and helps the business to reach its full potential.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience!

To be successful you will need to demonstrate your skills and experience in human resources relevant to this role, in particular how you meet the following five key criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications relating to Human Resources Management or similar
  • High level exposure to various ER/IR disciplines, including direct and extensive experience in a unionised environment
  • High level skills and experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate organisational reform and people and workplace initiatives and programs
  • High level skills and experience in partnering with people leaders to coach, influence and motivate
  • Exceptional ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and problem-solve

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills and experience of the successful applicant.
