The Business Improvement Partner will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure that Council has a robust corporate knowledge database and processes are designed to ensure services are delivered in the most efficient and effective way. It brings together all of the elements that contribute to the alignment of services, processes and systems to achieve Council’s strategic outcomes.


The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with the Head Audit, Risk and Improvement to develop and lead Council’s continuous improvement program. In addition this position will contribute to the design and development of a number of specific business improvement projects.


This position is responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and liaison with a range of stakeholders across Council.
