The Opportunity

You will contribute to business projects and systems across the organisation with the aim of improving employee access to quality data and information and optimising customer information systems. This is an ongoing full time position located in either Hobart, Launceston or Devonport.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data sets from internal and external sources to present actionable insights that drive improvement initiatives.
  • Track the progress of improvement initiatives to understand the actual realisation of benefits as compared to forecasts.
  • Provide business analysis, process mapping and project management support across the business.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for business improvement.
  • Support the development of analyst resources to develop a broad range of skills across the organisation.

Selection Criteria

Your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the selection criteria in the Position Description, summarised as follows:

  • Qualification in a relevant discipline, or significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the water or another service industry.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy dealing with large volumes of complex data.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement change.
  • Collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving.
  • High level ability to interpret and analyse information.
