The Opportunity

You will administer, monitor and support our enterprise business systems and integrated applications to provide sustained application and data integrity, security, and availability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Interrogate enterprise business systems and other sources.
  • Assemble data for end-user requirements within agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver best practice solutions to reported issues.
  • Ensure compliance to internal service level agreements.

Selection Criteria

Your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the selection criteria in the Position Description, summarised as follows:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Significant experience in the support of enterprise business applications.
  • Significant experience in information systems reporting and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of XML related technologies.
  • Ability to prepare technical procedural and system documentation.
