Workplace Relations Lead

  • Permanent / Flexible – Full time (part-time no less than 22 hours will be considered.)
  • Salary between $84,993 to $94,118 pro rata per annum plus 9.5% superannuation


We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Workplace Relations person to join the People and Performance team to provide core expertise/advice and support in industrial relations and employee relations matters.  

In this role you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a broad range of human resources business partnering services with a particular emphasis on employee and industrial relations.

Navigating day to day people issues will be a major part of your focus however you will also have a proven track record of implementing policies, projects and strategies that support the organisation’s focus on high performance; and previous experience as a business partner. 

Key Selection Criteria

  • Extensive experience in a similar role (with a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field preferred).
  • Solid experience in Industrial Relations including interpretation of relevant legislation such as Awards, Agreements, policies and procedures; and enterprise bargaining.
  • Highly developed interpersonal; analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to negotiate and consult across all levels.
  • Experience delivering projects that result in organisational change.
  • Ability to build and maintain a high performing team, focused on quality customer outcomes.
